Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors; manage calls, emails, and correspondence; act as the main contact between customers and the service team; schedule service calls; maintain service records; provide updates to customers; prepare service quotations and invoices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline with prior reception experience preferred; excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office; customer-oriented with strong organizational skills.
