Job Description
Vigocare Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-oriented skills and a problem-solving approach. Previous experience in a technical support role and knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support via voice and chat.
