Job Description
Vigneshsoft Innovation Pvt Ltd is seeking a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to find and place IT consultants actively marketing their skills. The role involves:
- Identifying potential consultants through various channels.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Negotiating contract terms and securing placements.
- Managing the recruitment process and ensuring compliance.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The schedule requires night shifts from Monday to Friday.
