Job Description
Join our team as a Prefabrication Supervisor overseeing off-site assembly of structural components and modular systems. You will plan production schedules, coordinate fabrication teams, enforce quality and safety standards, and liaise with engineering and site teams to meet delivery deadlines. Requirements: 5+ years in prefabrication or construction, leadership experience, ability to read drawings, welding/fabrication knowledge, quality-control skills, and familiarity with safety regulations.
