Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle court matters, real estate documentation, and liaise with revenue departments.
- Conduct Legal Due-Diligence and understand local laws for property acquisition.
- Manage litigations and non-litigation issues.
- Prepare property notes and title reports.
- Draft legal documents including MOUs, agreements, and sale deeds.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- LLB Graduate with minimum 3 years in Real Estate.
- Proficient in English and local language.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,00.00 – ₹300,00.00 per year
