Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat and social media; resolving issues promptly; maintaining accurate records; following company policies; collaborating with teams; and escalating complex cases. Requirements: high school diploma (bachelor’s a plus), customer service experience, strong written communication, multitasking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
