Job Description

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and travel. Coordinate internal and external communications, prepare confidential documents, and assist project follow-ups. Serve as gatekeeper and liaison across departments, ensuring timely information flow and efficient office operations. Require 3+ years executive support, strong communication, discretion, advanced organization, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting tools. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
