Vertex Power Solution PVT LTD is seeking an efficient Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to manage unpaid bills for healthcare providers. You will work with patients and insurance companies to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues.
Responsibilities:
- Contact insurance companies and patients to resolve claims.
- Explain billing statements clearly to patients.
- Negotiate payment plans.
- Analyze rejected claims for solutions.
- Maintain detailed interaction records.
- Follow industry regulations.
