Job Description
Vertex Customer Management Services is seeking a dedicated BPO Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with proficiency in communication, active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, making it suitable for freshers as well. The pay ranges from ₹19,437.00 to ₹28,529.00 per month, based on experience and performance. Expect to work 24 hours per week.
