Job Description
Verificient Solution Pvt Ltd, located in Viman Nagar, Pune, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers while promptly addressing inquiries through various channels.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer complaints, processing orders, and keeping detailed records of customer interactions. You’ll also lead a team of junior representatives and work closely with colleagues to enhance our service efficiency.
This position is available in full-time, suitable for freshers, with a salary range of ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
Preferred languages: English and Hindi.
