Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Check sales orders for accuracy and material availability.
• Monitor pending/back orders and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers regarding order updates.
• Coordinate stock transfers to fulfill urgent requests.
• Liaise with the purchase team for material procurement.
• Track and improve on-time delivery performance.
• Manage customer schedule agreements and dispatch plans.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to orders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive in follow-ups.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP tools.
