Location: Mugalivakkam, Chennai
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Salary Range: ₹3.6 to ₹5.28 LPA Gross, based on experience
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will manage client interactions, address queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
