Job Description
VAS India Consulting is seeking a skilled BPO Coordinator for our key client in the Freight Forwarding industry, located in Chennai. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding/shared services/BPO industry.
Salary: ₹500,00 per annum.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for Associates and BPO Coordinators.
- Enhance process workflows for cost-effective solutions.
- Foster relationships with internal customers and 3rd Party offices.
- Contribute to process standardization and optimization.
- Coach Juniors to improve productivity.
- Manage QA activities including documentation and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented and a quick learner.
