Job Description

Varun Beverages seeks a proactive Store Executive to oversee daily store operations, inventory control, merchandising, and sales performance. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or FMCG store management, a strong customer-service orientation, and proven ability to meet targets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock accuracy, executing visual standards, and preparing sales and stock reports. Good communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude are required. Flexible hours may be required.
