Job Description
Location: Kochuveli, Thiruvananthapuram
Industry: Automobile – Commercial Vehicle Service
Experience: 3–5 years in workshop floor operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
- Ensure proper execution of repairs and service procedures.
- Monitor technician efficiency and work quality.
- Coordinate with parts and service teams for workflow.
- Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Assist in warranty repair approvals.
- Maintain discipline and tool control on the floor.
- Support customer escalations and technical clarifications.
