Job Description
One-year Order Handler role (2–5 years’ experience) in Mumbai. Independently manage daily sales coordination and order processing: receive and enter orders, validate customer data, approve for manufacturing, coordinate technical documents, and issue acknowledgements, proforma invoices and advance payment notes. Respond to inquiries, track supply chain for on-time delivery, manage reschedules and urgent/shutdown cases, process revisions, and organize FATs, site visits and delivery expedites. Strong coordination and communication skills and familiarity with order handling and supply chain processes required.
