Job Description
Vajra Infra Projects LLP is seeking a dedicated Post-Sales CRM Executive to manage customer relationships after booking. This role ensures a seamless experience for homebuyers during the construction project lifecycle, including documentation, payment follow-ups, and property handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact for customers post-booking.
- Manage customer onboarding and communication.
- Coordinate with finance for payment collections.
- Assist with loan documentation.
- Provide project updates and address issues.
- Organize site visits and registrations.
- Maintain CRM records and generate satisfaction reports.
