Job Description
Join our team at VAJRA AYURVEDA AND YOGA RETREAT as a Front Office Assistant. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with various departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include managing room inventory, processing payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and building lasting relationships with guests. We expect you to anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed their expectations. Identify opportunities to upsell services and ensure guest satisfaction.
