Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting clients to remind them of outstanding payments, providing necessary information, and maintaining accurate records of communication.
- Make outbound calls regarding pending payments
- Explain the purpose of the call clearly and professionally
- Maintain daily call logs and update status in the system
- Consistently follow up with clients for timely recovery
- Handle queries politely and resolve customer concerns
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by management
