Job Description
Join Vaighai Agro Products Limited in Pollachi – Seelakkampatti as a Production Supervisor! We are looking for passionate individuals to manage daily operations in our Coco Substrates plant.
Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and efficiency in Plant operations.
- Manage Raw Material availability and maintain stock levels.
- Monitor plant processes and maintain 5S and safety standards.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, control costs.
Key Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,00 – ₹15,00/month
