Job Description
Join Vaighai Agro Products Limited as a Shift Supervisor in the Coco Substrates division. Located in No.7/2, Seelakkampatti Post, Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, you will manage daily operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and maintain adequate stock levels.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring plant processes, maintaining OEE, and preparing production reports. We seek candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and over 5 years of plant operations experience, excellent communication skills, and a familiarity with regulatory requirements.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00, along with Provident Fund benefits.
