Job Description

V-ROBOTICS is seeking a responsible Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized manner. You will collaborate closely with the manager on various tasks related to their working life.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact between the manager and clients.
• Screen phone calls and manage correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and manage the diary.
• Make travel arrangements and take minutes.
• Produce reports and maintain office filing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High School degree; PA certification is a plus.
