Job Description
V G P UNIVERSAL KINGDOM is seeking a Floor Incharge to oversee daily operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient workflow, effective staff management, and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor activities and staff performance.
- Ensure product display and safety standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct daily inspections.
- Train and evaluate new staff.
Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹23,00/month
