Job Description
We are a Dallas, Texas-based multispecialty clinic with a backend office in Kochi. We are hiring Customer Service Executives to support our US operations at night. Responsibilities include communicating with patients, doctors, insurance companies, hospitals, and pharmacies in the US. Clear and confident communication is essential.
Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
- Prior experience in US healthcare or customer service preferred.
- Available for night shifts (Monday–Friday, US hours + two Saturdays).
- Located in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala.
- Minimum 2-year commitment required.
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
