Job Description
Join Urbanaura Realty Private Limited as a Chat Support Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries accurately via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying customer needs and assisting them with specific features
- Analyzing product malfunctions and reporting them
- Updating internal databases with technical issues and customer discussions
- Monitoring social media for customer complaints and providing assistance
- Communicating new features to customers
- Following up to ensure resolution of technical issues

Pay: ₹21,675.65 – ₹29,049.43 per month

Requirements
