Job Description
Urban Shoes seeks a friendly Retail Store Associate to greet customers, assess footwear needs (casual, formal, sports), provide fit, style and care advice, demonstrate products, assist with fittings, and upsell accessories like socks and insoles. Responsibilities include accurate POS transactions (cash, card, digital payments common in India), maintaining displays and store cleanliness, restocking, and monitoring inventory to reduce shrinkage. Full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. Salary ₹15,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits: provided meals and leave encashment. Education: Higher Secondary (12th pass) required. Work location: in person.
