Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team at Unwal Group. The key responsibilities include making outbound calls to promote our products, handling inbound customer inquiries, and persuading customers to make purchases. You will also manage customer relationships, maintain accurate documentation, and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction. Meeting sales targets and solving customer issues will be essential to your role.
