Universal Ideal Sewa Samiti Malappuram seeks a responsible, disciplined, empathetic Boys’ Hostel Warden-cum-Mentor to manage a boys’ residential hostel under the DDU-GKY program. Duties: oversee daily hostel operations, maintain discipline, hygiene and safety; monitor attendance and records; coordinate housekeeping, security and kitchen; mentor trainees on personal, behavioral and emotional development; address grievances and counseling; support life skills, teamwork and placement readiness; ensure compliance with DDU-GKY and report to management. Full-time in-person role in Malappuram, Kerala. Pay up to ₹15,00/month. Benefits: food, paid sick time, Provident Fund. Bachelor’s preferred. Must reliably commute or relocate (employer relocation package available).
