Job Description
The Universal Group of Institutions is looking for a dedicated Boys Hostel Warden to manage the boys’ hostel effectively. This role ensures safety, well-being, and personal growth of residents, cultivating an environment conducive to academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hostel operations.
- Ensure student safety and resolve conflicts.
- Enforce rules and maintain discipline.
- Act as a mentor for personal development.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and local language.
Compensation: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, with free accommodation and meals.
