Job Description
Univariety is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will enhance the client experience by:
- Assisting in onboarding new clients.
- Providing support via email, chat, and calls.
- Engaging with customers to ensure effective platform utilization.
- Maintaining customer records and tracking engagement metrics.
- Conducting webinars and training sessions.
- Collecting feedback to improve our services.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹300,00.00 – ₹400,00.00 per year, plus benefits.
