Job Description
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business background preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel or Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, travel plans, and meetings.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Create and analyze reports using Advanced Excel.
- Prepare business summaries and presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects.
Pay: ₹35,00 – ₹40,00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance bonus, Yearly bonus.
Schedule: Day shift; Work Location: In person
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Good Communication Skills
