Job Description

Join our team as a Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to manage cost estimating, budgeting, and contract administration for civil projects. Responsibilities include preparing detailed bills of quantities, cost plans and tender documents; performing measurements and valuations; monitoring variations and claims; supporting procurement and subcontractor negotiations; and conducting site visits to verify progress. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 2+ years’ experience, strong Excel and QS software skills, knowledge of contract procedures, analytical mindset and effective communication.
