Job Description
Uncle Delivery Express is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer queries via chat and inbound calls, educate customers about our services, and work collaboratively to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
We require a minimum of 1 year of relevant customer care experience, fluency in written and spoken Kannada and Telugu, good typing skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to ₹30,00 per month, with benefits including health insurance and leave encashment. Flexibility for rotational shifts is necessary.
