Job Description
Umanist Staffing is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader in outbound customer service.
Applicants should be comfortable handling a call flow of 100 to 150 calls daily, with additional experience in renewals and upselling as a significant advantage. This role also includes taking calls as needed.
This is a full-time position with day shifts. Candidates must have HSC qualifications and not exceed 5.5 years of total experience. Salary is up to 7 LPA (approximately ₹55,00) plus 2 lakhs in variables. Preferred languages: English and Hindi. Work location: in-person.
