Job Description
Ujobs Consulting is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication
- Provide accurate information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹27,00.00 per month
