Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling
- Clearly respond to customer inquiries and ensure their understanding
- Recommend optimal upgrade plans and engage in up-selling
- Focus on customer retention
- Excellence in Sales required
- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Convert demos into sales
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech
- Age up to 34 years
