Job Description
Tushar Desai Associates is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage costs related to building and civil engineering projects. Your role will be to minimize costs and risks while ensuring legal standards and quality are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
- Analyze contracts and prepare tender documents.
- Monitor project costs and adjust budgets as needed.
- Oversee payments and supervise the site team.
- Ensure timely invoicing and resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with cost estimation software.
