Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist at TUSA, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with our customers through various channels, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, understand our products, and provide technical support.
