Job Description
Truthway Financial Services Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Business Coordinator to manage business banking facilities and loan portfolios for corporate and SME clients. Responsibilities include end-to-end loan lifecycle management, documentation and compliance (financials, KYC, collateral), active bank liaison, client coordination, and pipeline tracking to ensure timely approvals and disbursements. Required: prior banking, business loans, or SME banking experience; strong written and spoken English; Hindi fluency a plus. Female candidates preferred. Full-time, in-person role with a fixed 5-day workweek. Competitive salary ₹30,00–₹50,00/month, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid sick leave and PTO.
