Job Description
Truestar Air System Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, showcasing professionalism and a warm demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, taking messages and directing them as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
