Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar and travel arrangements.
- Screen communications and liaise with stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
