Job Description
Tripncare is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage in B2B and B2C calling, handle customer and agent inquiries through phone, email, and chat, and resolve complaints efficiently. You will assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and provide detailed information about our travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
- Record interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Experience in customer support is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi, English, or Bengali is a plus.
