Job Description
We seek a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial planning, reporting, treasury, budgeting, and risk management. The CFO will partner with the CEO to shape growth strategy, optimize capital structure, manage investor relations, and ensure compliance. Candidates should have 10+ years in senior finance roles, proven experience in scaling businesses, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and CPA/CFA or equivalent.
