Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
- Persuade potential customers by delivering organization details.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about clients.
- Collect customer information and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming calls from potential clients responding to advertisements.
- Follow up on customer correspondence via calls or letters.
- Engage in daily organizational tasks and meetings as required.
- Participate in staff training and appraisals.
