Job Description
Location: Little Italy, Corporate Office Pune
Salary: ₹14,00 – ₹16,00 per month
We’re looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join Triedge Solutions. This role involves the installation and maintenance of IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware issues, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and conducting preventive maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities are essential.
