Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails, assist customers with queries, complaints, and support requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi, basic computer knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture preferred.
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month. Full-time, Fresher.
