Job Description
TriceMyTrip, a reputable travel solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated Reservation and Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage flight reservations, fare checks, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations, contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international and domestic bookings using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo)
- Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets
- Coordinate fare rules with airlines
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain relationships through prompt communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year required | Languages: Hindi and English preferred | Work Location: In person
