Job Description
Travelvava Private Limited is seeking a Front Office Executive to manage tour and travel package inquiries from clients, including corporate and walk-in clients. Responsibilities include handling hotel bookings, flight reservations, and creating tailored tour itineraries (training provided). Candidates will negotiate with vendors and maintain client data in our system.
The ideal candidate is pleasant, confident, with strong communication skills, and fluent in English and Malayalam. This is an on-site position located at Palarivattom, Ernakulam, offering a salary of ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and leave encashment.
