Job Description

TransUnion is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to support our business operations. The successful candidate will manage application access for contact centers, oversee communications during application downtimes, and resolve application issues efficiently.

Qualifications: College degree with 3+ years in credit or financial services, strong customer management and problem-solving skills.

This hybrid position requires weekend and night shift support. Work includes both virtual and in-person duties at a TransUnion office at least two days a week.
