Position: Hotel Front Office Executive

Location: Kolkata

Software Knowledge Required: Ids Software

Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests professionally
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Manage correspondence including emails and letters
• Maintain an organized and clean reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Record guest and employee entries
• Resolve guest complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with other departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹16,00.00 per month
